What can you tell me about Article 134's and Article 107's my friend is being charged with these and might get court martialed. His lawyer isn't really telling him much as to how things look. But can you give me any info on these articles that would help my friend and I out.

Before I left for basic i got several driving tickets. I left for basic while my lawyer tried to get some of them dropped. No such luck.
