is there a certain heigth u have to be to be a fighter piolot

I was wanting to know if their is a web site that you can look at to find out what base you will be at for tech school. I know what field I'm going in to but I wanted to know around were I can expect to be at. Please tell me if any one knows

My boyfriend just left to bootcamp on Tues., Sept.24 to Texas. I am supposed to go and see him in six weeks for his graduation and I was wondering when it would be, if it would be on a weekend, and how long do I get to see him for.

What if everyone turned in their wings? And we all stayed home from the war? Give your opinion!

I'm still in school and when i graduate I'll still have to spend the summer making up for missing credits--so what happens to me when I don't go to BMT that summer? is there another time i can go after that, or is it possible to go through basics early?

Just wondering what the people that will be shipping out between now and end of January got for jobs. My job is going to be Electronic Signals Intelligence Exploitation and I am scheduled to leave on January 14. I'm set to leave February 18, 2003 and I would like to know from a womans point of view or just anyone who has been through basic training already, how it was for them. I just want to know a little about what I'll be going through. Is anyone set to leave on the the 18th of Feb?

Let me put it short and sweet. I am active duty, for almost 2 years now and just want to share a quick note to you all...

I am in the Air Force and I'm a jet mechanic. If any of you are thinking about joining the service, I'd say the Air Force is the best route. But be advised. Know what job you want. There are 1,000's of jobs to pick from. When you go to MEPS, don't believe them when they show you a list of 50 jobs and they tell you that "this is all we have". This is so bogus. What the list of 50 jobs is, it's a list of jobs nobody wants and most of them suck.

I was owndering because I am now confused. When you sign up for the airforce and you sign up for 4 years or six years, Does that mean you only have to be apart of the airforce for four or six years and have the choice to sign up again after those years are up to the twenty years to retirement ? Meaning I sign up for four years, serve my four years, then I can leave and do whatever.

Is it a good idea to enter if your married?

Is it really like a 9-5 job once stationed?

Do they pay for food, living, uniform and work pay?

How hard is it to get a house on or off base when married?

My son is going in the Air Force in a couple of months. He is supposed to attend the air traffic control school. His recruiter says his school is only 2 months long. Doesn't seem right to me, does anyone know where I can find out more information. I want to make sure he is getting the straight scoop.
